Sinopolese is a cultivar native to Calabria. These plants are well adapted to intense cold and periods of drought, so they are very hardy and adaptable even in the Lazio region.
The oil that Sinopolese produces is fruity, very delicate and elegant with hints of flowers and grass, almond and green fruit.
